We only ship goods to Canada and USA
The time between when you place your order on BricksandBonds.ca and when you receive your items is broken up into two phases:
Processing is when we verify the details of your billing information and prepare your item for shipping in our warehouse. You can find out when specific items from your order have been processed by logging into your profile at www.BricksandBonds.ca
Shipping times can vary based on the shipping method you chose during your checkout process. Orders typically take one to three business days to be packaged and shipped from our distribution center. Days are measured in business days, not including weekends or holidays. All Xpresspost shipments to the United States require a signature upon delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. Ground and international shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

For time sensitive orders please be sure that billing and shipping information is consistent with your credit card data as processing may be delayed.
If no one is available to receive the item at the door and it fits the recipient’s mail receptacle, Canada Post will leave it there. If the item doesn’t fit or the mail receptacle is full and there’s a safe drop location, Canada Post will leave it in the appropriate safe place where the item is sheltered from the weather and not seen by passers-by. Canada Post will leave a safe drop card in the recipient’s mail receptacle to indicate the safe drop location. If safe drop is not possible, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice card that tells the recipient to pick up the item at a designated post office. If you would like another means of delivery please notify us let us in writing @ email@example.com and we will make other arrangements.
Expedited shipping takes approximately 2-14 days in Canada. XpressPost shipping usually takes less than a week.
Shipping to the US takes approximately 2-5 weeks with expedited shipping. XpressPost shipping takes 1-3 weeks. (May take longer to Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses and other non-standard addresses).
We offer three shipping methods for most items:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days, plus processing time
- Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days, plus processing time
- Freight: 5 to 8 business days, plus processing time - Available only for oversize or heavy items
For remote locations, add 2-5 days to each shipping method. If you are not sure whether your location is remote, please see REMOTE LOCATIONS below.
Customers with an address containing a PO Box, Suburban Service, General Delivery, Rural Route or other designated route which cannot accept certain courier or freight deliveries, please restrict your orders to items that you can receive at your location or provide an alternative address.
BricksandBonds.ca will not be liable for any delay that is due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, weather-related and other uncontrollable shipping delays.
Wrong address, non received items and returns
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
BricksandBonds.ca charges the following shipping charges on orders to remote locations:
- $14.99 on orders $300 and over
- $29.99 on orders under $300
Remote locations are locations that Canada Post calls Air Stage Locations, ( http://www.canadapost.ca/tools/pg/prices/RCRZ-e-AI... places where mail must be airlifted for more than six (6) months of the year. Click here to view all postal codes and communities that are classified as Air stage locations.
There may also be additional shipping charges on orders depending on the size and bulk of the order. We will be sure to contact customers before any such charge is added, and we only do this very rarely.
BricksandBonds.ca is currently unable to accept returns from remote locations. If you have a problem with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org

How Shipping Costs Are Determined
We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.
The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.
Certain items may qualify for free shipping or other special promotional shipping prices from time to time. Offers vary depending on where you live, the items you select and your preferred shipping method. Qualifying items and the associated offers will be identified on the order pages. Ensure that you have entered your postal code correctly to see the offers that are available to you. If you have more than one item in your cart, different shipping rates may apply. Many of these offers are valid for a limited time only. To receive the special shipping offer, the item must be purchased during the offer, and not just when item(s) are placed in your cart. Offers are subject to change without notice.
Please note: You will see your actual shipping cost once you have entered your address and selected your shipping method during checkout.
Track Your Orders
For most orders, you can track your orders after Bricksandbonds has processed your order for shipment. MyAccount => Order History => Order ID => Receipt
Your Tracking Number will be displayed under the "Order#/Tracking No:" Section of your Thank you Receipt.
This will allow you to follow your package's progress.
Your order begins processing immediately after you confirm and press the Checkout button on the Checkout page. There is a limited time after you submit your order when it may be possible to change your shipping address, shipping method or payment method, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be modified.
To request a modification after you have submitted your order, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com with your order number for quick resolution.
All orders placed on bricksandbonds.ca Monday-Friday, will begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping department closes over the weekend. Bricks and Bonds will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun and pending credit verification. Due to the high demand on special projects, please allow 3-5 business days for Bricks and Bonds to process and ship these orders. All purchases placed on December 24th after 2pm EST through to December 26th, will be shipped out on the 30th due to the holiday closures. Any order placed on December 26th will follow our regular shipping policy and will be shipped out after 48 hours for order processing, not including weekends or holidays. Please expect 2-3 business days for shipping within Canada and the USA, and 7-9 business days for international shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Please note, when international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws.
Lost and Damaged Items
Bricks and Bonds is not liable for any damages incurred during transit, and lies within the responsibility of Canada Post. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. Bricks and Bonds does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
Bricks and Bonds uses a third party for delivering local packages, and is not liable for any damages incurred during transit, and lies within the responsibility of Envoi Delivery Service (envoinow.com).
Envoi Delivery Policies (envoinow.com)
1. General Information
Orders must be placed before 2 PM in order for your order to qualify for same day delivery. Any order placed after this time will default to next day delivery from Envoi. Envoi is not able to deliver to P.O Boxes or business addresses as packages are delivered in the evening.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the Kitchener and Waterloo Regions. Any shipments outside of this region are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time
You will be sent a text message when your delivery is on the road. Envoi cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery as weather and traffic conditions change the time in which your order will arrive. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Envoi makes every effort to deliver your order the same business day of the date of your order as long as it is placed before the cut-off time. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Cut-off time means orders placed before 2 PM. Please note Envoi does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
4. Delivery Instructions
Please make sure to provide instructions if you live in an apartment or other living complex such as apartment number, buzzer code, contact phone number, and/or special instructions for proper delivery.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
